The Department of Computer Science and Engineering understands the need of ever-changing technology that industry looks for trained professionals to work in IT and IT enabled service industry and sectors as Data Scientist, Data management expert, Data Security Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Mobile Application Developers, Gaming Technologist, Web Developers and software developers/quality Assurance/Testing. The department offers B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering which follows Choice Based Curriculum Systems (CBCS) with a domain focused curriculum that leads to produce technology expert and get awarded certification from industry. The department has collaboration with leading industries viz; AWS, IBM, Red Hat, UNITY and Dassault Systems in developing curriculum, course delivery and industry certification.
Welcome to MIDAS 2025
The 1st International Conference on “Machine Intelligence and Data Science (MIDAS-2025)” will be held from March 21 to 22, 2025, in Hybrid mode at School of Engineering and Technology, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi, Odisha, India. MIDAS 2025 is the International Conference that aims at exploring growing advancements in the fields like application of machine intelligent systems in Data Management and Quality Analysis, Data Security and Privacy, Data Acquisition, Integration, Cleaning, Big Data Analysis, Data Mining, Data warehousing, and Data visualization. It is a technical congregation where the latest theoretical and technological techniques in advanced computing will be presented and discussed. The objective of the conference is to bring together experts from academic institutions, industries, research organizations and professional engineers for sharing of knowledge, expertise and experience in emerging trends related to machine intelligence in data science along with other related topics. All submissions will undergo blind peer review by three expert reviewers and the accepted papers will be presented during the conference. . It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending).
